Our main line of business is making machines and the machinery in our workshop mainly used for prototyping and production parts for our own designs.

Over the years we had so many people popping their head in the workshop and asking if we were able to use our machines to cut out parts for their own projects that we now offer machining services for their designs.

As we are usually very busy with machine builds we cannot always do machine work for customers immediately but will try and squeeze it in where we can.

New for 2021

We can now offer Laser cutting and engraving with our new CO2 100w laser machine.
Fine detail can be achieved with the 0.1mm laser dot and suitable for cutting different kinds of plastics and wood.

Also ideal for cutting out 3D jigsaws

Also we can laser mark on wood for signs and different effects.

Cutting Acrylic gives a nice edge and very detailed like the Cake Topper below.

New for 2020

We can now offer Laser Marking Engraving on metals.
The machine is a Fiber 30W MOPA laser that also allows colours to be marked on Stainless Steel and also true whites on aluminium as shown in the video below.

As shown in the video and picture below, the white lettering has been marked on a black anodized aluminium enclosure and comes our really nice and clear.

With the Fiber Laser we can also laser mark anodized business cards with your logo and details on as well as doing control panels and a range of different items.

CNC Machining

We have a few CNC Router machines in the workshop and can cut up to 8ft x 4ft sheets which is ideal for full sheets of plywood or MDF.

We can Cut a range of different materials, including wood, plastics and soft metals.

Aluminium Tubes

A customer needed some aluminium tubes turned and created for a certain task.We took his rough design on paper, drew up the 3D and 2D cad drawings and sent them off to be made up.

Harley Pedals

We made some Custom foot pedals for a customers Harley Davidson as you can see in the pictures below.

They were milled out of 20mm aluminium and bead blasted.

Then were painted up and then the raised edge polished off by our customer before being fitted.

Parabolic plates

Our customer need some very accurate parabolic plates made for a custom project to re-direct light.

These were milled out of aluminium on a carving machine, ready for polishing.

Stainless Steel Slider

 The example slider below was made for a customer that needed smooth movement on their audio deck sliders.

These were milled out of Stainless Steel.

Some parts we have had made for our machines 

Find below some pictures of plates, bearings and shafts that we have made up for us.As you can see the quality is really nice with the aluminium oxidisation treatment applied after a light bead blast.
The machining tolerances are also spot on and quality tapping where needed in certain parts.
