Coil Winding Machine Tensioner Kit MTCM

For wire sizes of between 0.08mm to 0.25mm

Magnetic Tensioner for use on our CNC Coil Winders.
It uses Permanent magnet and tension is generated to the damping wheel.
The non-contact mechanism design provides stable, consistent and precision tension to the wire. Great for both high and normal speed winding.
It also has back tension adjustment for the arm to keep it at the optimum position.

Comes complete with custom weighted stand.

There is a optional Spool Cone kit also available that allows mounting of bigger spools on the top bar.
