NEMA17 Stepper Motor with integrated Driver

These are two different NEMA17 Motors fitted with a micro-high-performance UI-Robot stepper driver. The Driver is directly mounted to the NEMA17 stepper motor keeping it sleek and compact for easy installation, they are also easy to use with control Step & Direction signals to modify the position of the motor.

The two NEMA17 Motors vary depending on what application is needed:

42BYGHW804 Stepper Motor is a stepper motor with high torque, low noise and smooth motion. It has the characteristics of high-speed, stable and fast stop, stable operation, no zero-speed oscillation, low vibration and noise.

42BYGHM809 Stepper Motor is a high positioning accuracy, high output torque, high response frequency, low operating noise, good dynamic characteristics, can be widely used in stage lighting, high-speed ball and automatic control system.

We used to use these motors on all of our MK5 and older CNC Guitar Pickup Mini Coil Winders. The 42BYGHW804 motor drove the bobbin and the 42BYGHM809 drove the feeder axis. These drivers have been configured for those machines and can be used as replacements.

These Motors and Drivers are genuine parts supplied from UI-Robot directly they are suitable for 3D-printers, coil winding machines, small motorised gantries, pick and place machines.
